We hired Old Town Bath and Kitchen to provide assistance on 2.5 bathrooms as part of a whole house renovation.  This included all sinks, toilets, faucets, shower heads, towel and toilet paper bars, ADA compliant bath bars, other necessary hardware, one vanity and design guidance.  We found them very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive.  The number of decisions on a whole house renovation can be overwhelming.  Our designer, Ed, made it easy.  We were very happy with all the recommendations we were given and the taste level of the designs recommendations.  The order process was efficient and transparent.  Execution and record keeping excellent.  This was important because we were dealing with an insurance claim.  Any issues were taken care of quickly.  Prices were very reasonable for the brands we were looking for.

Walking in to Old Town Bath and Kitchen knowing nothing about bathroom renovation and remodeling I was a bit intimidated.  In the first few minutes of meeting with Ed I knew we were in good hands.  Highly knowledgeable with a keen eye for design Ed walked us through this process with ease and we came out with one gorgeous bathroom.  Thank you Ed for satisfying both my high end design style and my husbands conservative spending habits!  I know it was tough but you worked with us all the way through to the end.  Really good job!

I had a small bathroom gutted and enlarged which required moving a wall and two doorways.  Work commenced as promised and I was kept informed of the status of the project throughout.  I wanted the new bath to include certain conveniences I had with the old bath.  I had excellent help with selecting fixtures and tiles from the showroom manager as well as new ideas to enhance the functionality and appearance of the final product.  I am truly delighted with the finished product.  The design of the new bath and the scale of the fixtures and cabinetry provide a larger, brighter and very comfortable bath. My friends and family are amazed that adding 18 inches to the room could make such a positive and dramatic change.
